Do I have a claim for my stock losses?

When it comes to stock losses you may have a claim that you can bring against your stockbroker.  There are a number of factors to consider in determining whether you should bring a claim for stock losses.   Some of the relevant factors are:

1. Your investment experience:  did you rely completely on your broker or are you an experienced investor routinely investing your own money without help from a broker?
2. Your investment objectives, risk tolerance, and goals: are you a conservative investor who would not knowingly place their assets at risk of loss or do you have a high risk tolerance?
3. the actual investments made by your broker:  what investments did your broker recommend to you?  Were those recommendations suitable for your unique situation?
4. the degree of your involvement with the investments in your account:  did you follow all recommendations of your broker or did you actively participate in the selection of the investments?

These are just a few of the questions that must be considered before bringing a claim for stock losses.  Give us a call to discuss your case.  You can find my website at www.savagelaw.us or email me at bert@savagelaw.us.  Our phone number is 888-313-0469
